2 kiwis peeled and chopped
1 and 1/2 cup of blueberries
1 cup plain yogurt or coconut milk
1/4 cup of ice
Place kiwis, blueberries, yogurt, and ice in a blender. Blend until creamy smooth. Add honey or sugar for extra sweetness. Pour smoothie into four glasses and enjoy!
Kiwi Mango Verde Salsa (2 Servings)
2 kiwis peeled and diced
2 mangoes peeled and diced
1 cup white or red onion finely chopped
1 cup of tomatoes diced
1/2 cup cilantro leaves loosely cut
2 tbsp of fresh lime juice
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of salt
